About the Role
- Identify and evaluate new market segments with high growth potential for the business.
- Develop and execute market-entry and growth strategies for emerging business areas.
- Build long-term business plans and growth roadmaps for assigned strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, government policies, investments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Establish relationships with key owners, consultants, contractors, OEMs, industry bodies, and influencers.
- Drive specification, approvals, and product adoption within targeted market segments.
- Create and develop project pipelines to generate sustainable business opportunities.
- Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate market penetration.
- Work closely with Product Management, Technical Services, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch solutions relevant to new markets.
- Lead pilot projects, proof-of-concept opportunities, and initial market deployments.
- Support regional sales teams in converting opportunities and scaling business across India.
- Develop business cases, revenue forecasts, and investment proposals for management review.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience- 7–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
- Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.
- Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.
- Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
