Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and maintain a high call volume to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Identify customer needs and provide product or service information to generate interest and close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
