About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance. This role requires a thorough understanding of labour laws and HR best practices to ensure a compliant, productive, and employee-focused work environment. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business objectives through effective people management and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
    • Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
    • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
    • Manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
    • Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
    • Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
    • Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other statutory obligations.
    • Coordinate audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
    • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management:
    • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
    • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs across departments.
    • Coordinate employee learning and development programs.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR Reporting & Administration:
    • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
    • Analyse workforce data and provide recommendations.
    • Support management with HR-related insights and decision-making.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience::
    • Master's degree in Human Resources,
    • 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
