The role involves solutioning, pre-sales, customer workshops, proposal development, architecture design, delivery leadership, and acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering.
Design end-to-end Microsoft solutions.
Collaborate on:

Proposals
RFP/RFI responses
Solution presentations
Effort estimation

Conduct:

Product demonstrations
Architecture discussions
Executive presentations

Technical Delivery Leadership

Lead implementation programs.
Guide functional and technical teams.
Design integration architecture.
Implement complex technical components when required.
Review:

Solution quality
Scalability
Security
Performance

Support customers during:

Implementation
UAT
Go-live

Microsoft Platform Advisory

Provide Guidance On

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Sales
Customer Service
Field Service

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Required Skills

Must Have

10+ years of enterprise application consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:

Experience leading enterprise solution architecture.
Experience leading enterprise implementations.
Strong understanding of Azure services.
Knowledge of integration patterns.
