- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-fit Odoo solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Review and oversee custom module development, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project
- Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and quality assurance activities.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to Odoo best practices, coding standards, and implementation methodologies.
- Mentor and guide team members on Odoo architecture and implementation approaches.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience in Odoo customization, module development, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Odoo Studio, deployment, data migration, and Git.
- Strong functional expertise across key Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory &
Project Management, with the ability to align ERP solutions to diverse business processes and
operational requirements.
