Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and forecast talent needs.
  • Drive recruitment planning for volume hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives.

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer management.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business heads, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment analytics, and market intelligence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen the organization's employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions, professional bodies, and industry networks.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment policies, processes, and governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and job portals.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies effectively.

Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics including:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Cost-per-hire
    • Offer acceptance rate
    • Source effectiveness
    • Diversity hiring metrics
    • Quality of hire
  • Prepare periodic hiring dashboards for leadership review.
Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Set performance goals and drive continuous capability development.
  • Promote best practices in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management.
