Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Optimization

Analyze cross-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and redundancies
Evaluate current-state vs future-state processes for improvement opportunities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence goals

Business Process Documentation & Requirements

Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and reporting structures
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams
Define automation and system enhancement requirements aligned with business needs

Automation & System Implementation

Collaborate with automation and development teams to design effective system solutions
Translate functional pain points into system-based and automation solutions
Provide domain expertise on business operations and cross-functional dependencies

Testing, Deployment & Quality Assurance

Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect resolution
Validate solutions against defined KPIs, compliance standards, and operational objectives
Support deployment planning and post-implementation stabilization

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

Engage with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and manage expectations
Coordinate with IT and management for project prioritization and roadmap planning
Support implementation scheduling and cross-functional communication

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
4–6 years of experience in business analysis, operations excellence, or automation—preferably across multiple departments in manufacturing, trading, or multi-industry setups.
Knowledge of ERP systems, workflow automation, and digital tools.
Understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and process re-engineering.
Ability to prepare BRDs, SOPs, workflows, and technical requirement documents.
Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
Process-driven mindset with focus on standardization and efficiency.
