Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze cross-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and redundancies

  • Evaluate current-state vs future-state processes for improvement opportunities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence goals

Business Process Documentation & Requirements

  • Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and reporting structures

  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams

  • Define automation and system enhancement requirements aligned with business needs

Automation & System Implementation

  • Collaborate with automation and development teams to design effective system solutions

  • Translate functional pain points into system-based and automation solutions

  • Provide domain expertise on business operations and cross-functional dependencies

Testing, Deployment & Quality Assurance

  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect resolution

  • Validate solutions against defined KPIs, compliance standards, and operational objectives

  • Support deployment planning and post-implementation stabilization

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and manage expectations

  • Coordinate with IT and management for project prioritization and roadmap planning

  • Support implementation scheduling and cross-functional communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, operations excellence, or automation—preferably across multiple departments in manufacturing, trading, or multi-industry setups.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, workflow automation, and digital tools.
  • Understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and process re-engineering.
  • Ability to prepare BRDs, SOPs, workflows, and technical requirement documents.
  • Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
  • Process-driven mindset with focus on standardization and efficiency.
