1. Candidate should have knowledge of Remote Support and hands & feet support for Desktop/Laptop/Network/Printer etc.
2. Candidate should have basic level of troubleshooting knowledge of client OS & application.
3. Able to work in all shifts (Like; A/B/C and general) as well as work in a team as well as having flexibility to movement across the location as on when required.
4. If having knowledge about plant safety & plant environment that would be helpful for the candidate.
