Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead Foodhub's digital marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. you will drive customer acquisition, demand generation, SEO, performance marketing, website optimisation, content marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion rate optimisation to support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with experience managing high-performing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes across global markets.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to define digital growth strategies and marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Design, and Technology teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Optimise website architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Develop localisation and multilingual SEO strategies for international markets.
- Own website performance, user experience, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) through landing page improvements and A/B testing.
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, YouTube, and Display Networks.
- Optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS, ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
- Own annual digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI across all acquisition channels.
- Monitor KPIs including CPA, CPL, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.
- Develop scalable lead generation strategies to increase MQLs and SQLs.
- Execute marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, landing pages, product pages, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across SEO, Performance Marketing, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Content Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, technology platforms, and external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, and present actionable business insights.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience planning and executing Digital Marketing campaigns for both the UK and US markets.
- Experience across Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of localisation, multi-country campaigns, audience segmentation, global lead generation, and market-specific optimisation is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
