Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Insurance Process Associate – Lead to oversee and manage our insurance back-office operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise, people management skills, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in insurance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 6–10 years of experience in insurance operations (BPO/KPO/Back-office) with at least 2–3 years in a lead/people management role.
  • Strong knowledge of US/Global insurance processes (claims, underwriting, policy servicing).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage a team, drive performance, and handle client escalations effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
