Overview

We are looking for a CEO's Office – Growth, North America who will work directly with the CEO to drive revenue growth, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence across our North America business. This is a high-impact role offering end-to-end exposure to GTM strategy, business operations, hiring, and strategic partnerships while working closely with our NA team.


Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with experience in GTM Strategy, Consulting, Founder’s Office, or Business Operations.
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to execute independently.
  • Comfortable working during Eastern Time overlap.
  • Based out of Bangalore (Hybrid).

About the Role

  • You will predominantly work on Manifest AI, serving 150+ Enterprise and Mid-Market D2C brands across North America.
  • This is a Hybrid role based out of our Bengaluru office.
  • The role requires availability during Eastern Time (ET) overlap to collaborate effectively with our NYC team.
  • Expect a steep learning curve, high ownership, and significant exposure to global business strategy.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

As we continue expanding our North America business, you will work closely with the CEO to drive growth initiatives and operational excellence.

  • Revenue & GTM: Co-own North America revenue goals and execute GTM initiatives alongside the CEO.
  • Business Operations: Manage day-to-day operations for the North America business and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
  • Hiring & Team Building: Support hiring, onboarding, and team-building initiatives for our NYC office.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate growth in North America.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Business Insights: Track key business metrics, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making.
  • CEO Support: Drive high-priority initiatives and special projects directly with the CEO.
