Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 production support for Java-based applications
Handle incident triage, troubleshooting & RCA
Perform bug fixes and minor enhancements in Java/Spring Boot
Support production deployments & release activities
Monitor applications using tools like Splunk/AppDynamics/ELK
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
Hands-on with SQL databases & Unix/Linux
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven)
Exposure to monitoring & logging tools
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Required Skills
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17)
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
Good understanding of Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience in REST APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Experience in production support activities and incident management
Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
Experience with log analysis tools like Splunk, Kibana, or ELK
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus
Experience with databases like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS messaging systems
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Docker
Understanding of ITIL processes is preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments
Exposure to automation and scripting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
