Supporting Actions

CSR Project & Partnership

To explore & identify prospective credible project implementing agencies & impactful project, in the thematic areas identified by company.
Submit the prospective project & project implementing agency details to ABC CSR head for approval of ABC screening committee & CSR committee.

NGO onboarding & compliance

To gather all the due-diligence documents related partnership between NGO & company
To partner with compliance/ various stake holders on legal/ reporting requirement of CSR e.g. annual report, BRSR, integrated reporting etc.
To build strong relationship with project implementing agency.

Employee engagement, CSR awareness, Pride, Branding

Holding events & communication internally
To create widespread awareness through various modes of communication about CSR
Co-branding with NGO of collaterals around CSR activities.
Report writing and documentation all activity / events.
Ensure activities are captured for documentation.

Strategize, plan & involve employees in various CSR initiatives

Project Monitoring

Tracking progress with periodic review, against plan and onsite visit.
Budget spend tracking
Research, drafting of findings, analysis and reports.

Ensuring the program & proposal, implementation, monitoring, impact assessment etc. are as per the legal and statutory guidelines as defined under the Company’s Act, Schedule VII, CSR

MIS & Data

Periodic MIS preparation & appropriate MIS maintenance
Reporting MIS and relevant data to the stakeholders and internal team

Preparing ppt of projects, input, outcome, impact etc. for various requirements including CSR committee/ Board.
