  • Experience in Front Office Customer Service operations is mandatory
  • Must have Email & Chat customer service experience
  • Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment

Handling of work as assigned in Project, Working in Agile methodology, work with Customer directly, working with deadlines.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service projects in international process

Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
