We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations at our Lucknow office. This is a generalist HR role that spans the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and payroll coordination to compliance, office administration, employee engagement, and exits.

Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With

  • HR Operations & Office Administration
    • Manage employee movement records including attendance regularization, shift updates, and reporting manager changes.
    • Oversee visitor management, office access, and workplace safety compliance.
    • Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Accounts teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Support office administration activities and vendor coordination.
  • Payroll & Compensation
    • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, LOP, arrears, and new joiner/exit adjustments.
    • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
    • Assist in TDS-related data preparation for Form 16 issuance.
    • Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI, and payslips.
  • Compliance & Labour Law
    • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.
    • Maintain statutory registers for attendance, wages, leaves, and contractor records.
    • Coordinate monthly and annual statutory filings including PF ECR, ESI, and PT challans.
    • Support internal and external compliance audits.
    • Stay updated on changes in labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Onboarding & Exit Management
    • Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, induction, HRMS setup, and asset issuance.
    • Handle offboarding, resignation processing, clearances, F&F coordination, and experience letters.
    • Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Plan and execute monthly engagement activities, festivals, team events, and recognition programs.
    • Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives including certificates, gifts, and communications.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and support resolution.
    • Help implement and communicate HR policies across the organization.


Core Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of end-to-end HR Operations experience, preferably within an IT or technology organization.
  • Hands-on experience working with PF/ESI portals, Shram Suvidha, or similar statutory compliance platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Bonus Act, and Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms and HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and Full & Final settlements.
  • Experience managing complete onboarding and employee exit processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, and HR reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet, and Calendar).
  • Basic understanding of TDS, Form 16, salary structures, and compensation components.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
