• Location: Delhi NCR (Field Based)
• Experience: 1–3 years in channel sales, retail distribution, or building material/hardware sales
• Employment Type: Full-time (Fixed Salary + Target-based Incentives)
• Position Overview: We are an innovative automation company looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Operations Executive to drive the retail distribution and customer onboarding for our advanced sensor-based water motor controllers. You will be the face of the company for retail shop owners (electrical, hardware, and plumbing stores) across the NCR region. Your responsibility will stretch from establishing retail partnerships to ensuring smooth product installation at the customer’s home through our technical team, and closing the loop with customer feedback
• Salary: 16000-20000 per month (Fixed) + incentive on each unit (sale + installation)

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Network Expansion: Identify, visit, and onboard electrical retail shops, hardware stores, and plumbing material dealers across Delhi NCR
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, consistent relationships with shop owners to ensure our product gets prime visibility and active recommendations
• Order & Inventory Coordination: Manage stock fulfillment for retail partners and ensure smooth order placement
• Installation Liaison: Coordinate with the company’s electrician team. Guide and schedule them to ensure timely and perfect installation at the end-customer's residential property
• Customer Feedback & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for the customer post-purchase. Collect structured feedback, troubleshoot initial non-technical queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Reporting: Track daily sales visits, dealer onboarding metrics, and installation statuses

Key Requirements

• Local Geography Knowledge: Strong familiarity with key retail markets in NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad)
• Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and functional English to pitch convincingly to both traditional retailers and modern homeowners
• Two-Wheeler Mandatory: Must own a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for extensive field travel
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of smart home appliances, water pumps, or electrical basics is a huge plus
