JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around min 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
CREATE:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirement
NURTURE:
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Gather and share feedback promptly between hiring teams and applicants.
MANAGE:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and regular reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards in all hiring activities.
- Support continuous improvement in recruitment practices and employer branding.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
- Around 0-1years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in sourcing and screening across multiple job functions.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
