Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

• Execute and monitor project activities across assigned sites within the region.
• Visit assigned project sites on a daily basis to track execution progress.
• Supervise and monitor all ongoing site works to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including:
• Fit-out vendors
• HDR and MTSS racks vendors
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including:
• Central Team
• Operations Team
• Real Estate (RE) Team
• Coordinate with partners/vendors for timely material delivery at site.
• Ensure installation manpower deployment as per project requirements.
• Track and report daily manpower attendance at project sites.
• Share daily progress and status updates with the Central team.
• Provide site markings and execution guidance to vendors for work initiation.

Are you who we're searching for:

This opportunity is open to any graduate students enrolled in a degree program(preferred background in Civil and Electrical). Candidates from Quick commerce, E-commerce and Projects background .

• Experience in Mother Hub/Warehouse(MH/WH) (>1lac sqft area) Electrical setup is a must.
• Interior Fit-out, Civil projects experience is mandatory.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and execution activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
