Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive FMS Operations Executive to support day-to-day facility management operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and service delivery at assigned residential or commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations including housekeeping, pest control, and soft services
Manage vendors (AMC contractors, security, landscaping, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance
Monitor staff performance, grooming, etiquette, and conduct training
Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance at the site
Track expenses, control costs, and maintain budget adherence
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and coordinate with clients & senior management
Requirements:

Experience: 4–8 years in Facility Management / Soft Services Operations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
Hands-on experience in housekeeping, vendor management, and site operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Preferred: Experience in residential or commercial property management.
