Splunk and Control M with Immediate joining

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

Title: Splunk AIOPS and BMC Control M

Total years of experience: 6 years to 10 years

Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad

Working time: Morning & Evening shifts, 5 days in Office and rotation support during Holidays and weekends

• Primary Skills: Splunk, Control-M

• Must have exposure to AppD, Grafana, Support debugging & troubleshooting

• Good exposure on Splunk in creating alerts and dashboards

• Experience in supporting application on providing L2 support for troubleshooting, triaging, and closing incident tickets

• Strong customer engagement skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Good exposure to change management process and deployments to production environment

• Experience with ticketing tools like BMC remedy or JIRA or any other ticketing tool

• Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve application and environment issues
