Job Summary

To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards for complex/large scale projects. Job description Quality JD Primary Skill & Responsibilities: Skill – Exposure to ISO 9001, 20000, 42001, CMMI Trained / Certified in ISO, CMMI DEV & SVC Prior Quality experience and/or PQA/SQA role in projects would be an added advantage Strong knowledge on Engineering practices (requirement, design, coding, build, testing, release management). Flair for communication and teamwork and ability to get things done amidst constraints; need to challenge status quo Responsibilities: Work closely with the Delivery team and Customer on identification and implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives and value adds Support Delivery in Complying with IT quality assurance procedures as per the HCL QMS and Customer specific processes. Drive adoption of Industry standards and best practices and support organization in different standards like ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO 42001 and CMMI etc Performing quality assurance reviews and providing the Delivery and Customer with the results. Participating and support delivery team in Internal & External quality assurance audits conducted by Accredited agencies and Customers. Define and drive performance metrics adoption and benchmarking leveraging Industry Capability reports Actively participate in Governance forums and provide critical early warnings about project and engagement health to Delivery Management by using relevant correlations, Analytics, Predictive techniques and visualizations. Align process implementation to address Customer feedback and help achieve highest levels of Customer Satisfaction. Facilitate /Handhold Client workshops and Client Visits as Quality Manager Secondary Skill & Responsibilities: Skill – Trained / Certified in Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe), DevOps Exposure to Agile, DevOps, CI, CT, CD Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PSM Responsibilities - Drive adoption of Industry standards best practices and support organization in different standards like, Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) Lead and Drive agile transformation from process perspective at customer, vertical & LOB level Lead & Coached Agile framework and tools implementations in various engagements Played role of Agile Coach, Scrum Master for multiple projects/engagements. Hand-Holding of new engagements teams for agile implementations – SCRUM, SAFE etc Liaise between the development team and Product Owner. Foster better communication between the functions. Key Responsibilities
1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
2. To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
3. Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
4. To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
5. Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
