Sound Engineer

- Produce, mix, and master high-quality audio content in line with project requirements and industry standards
- Edit, balance, and enhance multi-track recordings using Pro Tools and other DAWs
- Ensure audio clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy across all deliverables
- Work on sound design, audio post-production, and noise reduction for various media formats
- Evaluate and refine AI-assisted audio outputs for quality and production integrity
- Collaborate with content, video, and technical teams for seamless audio-visual integration
- Optimize audio for different platforms (web, mobile, VR, social media, etc.)
- Maintain organized session files, sound libraries, and version control
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI-driven audio tools and workflows
Tools & Technologies
- DAWs: Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Cubase
- Plugins: Waves, iZotope (RX, Ozone), FabFilter, Slate Digital
- Audio Editing & Restoration: Adobe Audition, Audacity
- Middleware (if applicable): FMOD, Wwise
- Recording Equipment: Microphones, audio interfaces, mixers, studio monitors
- Collaboration Tools: Google Workspace, project management tools
Who You Are
- Strong experience in audio engineering, sound design, or music production
- Proficient in at least one major DAW (preferably Pro Tools)
- Excellent understanding of mixing, mastering, EQ, compression, and audio processing
- Detail-oriented with a strong ear for sound quality and balance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Strong problem-solving skills for audio-related challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI audio tools, sound analysis, or machine learning in audio
- Knowledge of audio dataset creation, labeling, or training AI models
- Experience in studio setup, acoustic treatment, and live sound engineering
- Exposure to gaming, VR/AR audio, or immersive sound design
