TechXR Innovations builds immersive AR/VR devotional products. Our devotional D2C business is growing fast, and we're building it alongside Shri Ashutosh Rana Sir.
We want one person to run our entire devotional D2C business like it's their own company. You own the P&L, the website, every sales channel, and the creative engine. The goal is simple to say and hard to do: grow the business 5x in 3 months, with real profit — not by burning cash
We're practically looking for a future CEO for our E-Commerce vertical—someone who thinks like an owner, executes relentlessly, and can build and scale a business from the ground up
What you'll own
- The full P&L — revenue, margins, spend, profit. All of it.
- The website — speed, design, content, experience.
- Conversion — CRO, UI, UX, and every lever that turns a visitor into a buyer.
- All channels — our own D2C site, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and quick commerce.
- The creative pipeline — briefs, output, testing, and how fast new creatives ship.
- The hard calls — what to scale, what to kill, and why.
- You have already run a D2C P&L. Non-negotiable.
- You have scaled a D2C brand to big numbers, fast — and can show the results.
- You are deeply analytical. You talk in numbers and not words.
- Experience across marketplaces and quick commerce.
- Hands-on with performance marketing (Meta, Google).
