Area Sales ManagerKey Roles/Responsibilities:Drive Business Strategy and Processes
- Develop and implement business strategies and action plans and propose business improvement
- Assign targets to the team members reasonably based on the potential of the territory and resources
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level, monitoring sales team performance, analyzing data and
- Enable TSO/TSI/SO to maximize the output from retailers and distributors by using knowledge and skills

- Involvement in the competency based recruitment process in coordination with Zonal HR
