Job Overview:

Join us in bringing the power of Virtual Reality to the hospitality sector! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to handle VR-based Darshan experiences at our partner hotels. You’ll assist guests in using the devices, explain product details, and ensure a memorable and seamless experience


Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests at partner hotels and guide them through VR-based Darshan experiences Handle VR equipment operations smoothly and responsibly Coordinate with the technical team for device setup or troubleshooting Maintain daily records of guest interactions, feedback, and device usage Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the brand’s reputation


Requirements:

Tech-friendly and comfortable handling VR devices (training will be provided) Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations preferred Polite, well-groomed, and professional in appearance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and calm approach Basic computer knowledge for record management and reporting Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
