Job Title: Marketing Manager - Web3 | Blockchain | DeFi

With a global, renowned clientele, we have developed several robust applications in the space of Trade Finance, Money Market, Asset Tokenization, and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Web3, Blockchain, or DeFi marketing (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
- Plan and launch go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new products, features, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Execute marketing campaigns for Web3, Blockchain, and DeFi products across digital and community channels.
- Manage brand presence and content across social media, blogs, email, PR, and other marketing platforms.
- Build and grow Web3 communities on Facebook, Telegram, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and optimize performance using key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams while tracking campaign performance and presenting actionable insights.
