Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Order Management, you will implement and configure packaged Order Management System (OMS) solutions to streamline order capture, fulfillment, and post-purchase processes. You will leverage out-of-the-box capabilities and tailor them to meet complex fulfillment, inventory, and customer service requirements.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Configure Order Workflows: Design and implement order workflows that integrate with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless order lifecycle management and supply chain orchestration.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure successful OMS platform integration and deployment.
- Support Data Migration and Testing: Assist with data migration, testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption and long-term operational efficiency.
- Implement Exception Handling: Configure exception handling rules and processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver Solution Customization: Tailor OMS platform capabilities to meet complex fulfillment, inventory, and customer service requirements.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Order Management Systems: Familiarity with packaged OMS solutions and their application in streamlining order capture, fulfillment, and post-purchase processes across digital and physical channels.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Orchestration: Knowledge of supply chain operations and order lifecycle management principles, including order workflows, sourcing rules, and inventory visibility.
- Experience working with Enterprise Systems: Exposure to integrating OMS platforms with upstream and downstream systems such as eCommerce, ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with Data Migration and Testing: Understanding of data migration, testing, training, and change management processes to ensure successful adoption and long-term operational efficiency.
- Exposure to Omnichannel Commerce Operations: Familiarity with omnichannel commerce operations and the role of OMS in enabling seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based OMS: Exposure to cloud-based Order Management Systems and their scalability in digital and physical channels.
- Knowledge of API Integration: Understanding of API integration with upstream and downstream systems such as eCommerce, ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in implementing and configuring packaged OMS solutions.
