Executive Assistant to General Manager - Six Senses Fort Barwara

As Executive Assistant to General Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons
- according to their needs.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company
- Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Keep confidentiality of all meetings and discussions that Executive Assistant is present.
- Keep confidentiality of any notes, emails or correspondence that might be of sensitive issues.
- Assist all EC members in administrative functions when required
- Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
- Perform any additional tasks given to me by management.
To execute the position of Executive Assistant to General Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 1-year secretarial experience at a resort, hotel or similar setting.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
