NIT Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India invites applications for Temporary Faculty/Teaching Assistant Position from eligible and interested candidates.
About- National Institute of Technology Raipur (Formerly Government Engineering College Raipur), situated in the capital of a newly incepted state of Chhattisgarh, has proven to be “avant-grade’ in the field of science and technology over past few decades in this region. From 1st December 2005, the institute has become the National Institute of Technology. The Institute is contributing to the technological, industrial and economical development of the region and the country for last five decades. The Institute has long recognized its role in engineering education, generation and dissemination of useful and relevant technologies in the service of the society. Temporary Faculty/Teaching Assistant Position
Research/Job Area- Mathematics or Statistics field
Location- NIT Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
Eligibility-
M.Sc./Ph.D./Ph.D. thesis submitted in Mathematics or Statistics field with First class M.Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics from recognized University/ Institute.
Job/Position Description-
Name and Number Of Post Part time faculty (Three) M.Sc./Ph.D./Ph.D. thesis submitted Rs.1000/- per period, (Ceiling Rs. 60,000/-per month) Duration of the Position The period of contract will be for one semester only and can be further extended up to next semester.
The above position is purely temporary, and the continuation of the post is subject to satisfactory performance and review after each semester. Selected candidates will not be permitted to claim any regular/part-time appointments in this Institute or any other organization during this period.
