ü Advances book of the branch has surpassed INR 8,000 crore with more than 400+ credit relationships and this additional head shall support Credit and Risk Head in undertaking initial evaluation/discussion of credit proposals, assess Term Sheet / CAMs and providing inputs on facility & security structure, legal, regulatory and credit policy related aspects. Relationship team spread over the across YBL locations required support/guidance in servicing existing IBU asset relationships and NTB onboarding from proposal initiation stage to disbursement and also post disbursement monitoring / tracking.
Strategy & Planning
- Coordinate with BUs for disbursement requirement of the sanctioned credit line and ensure adequate funding arrangements in consultation with BSMG.
- Driving potential opportunities and ensure quick response on the deal structure and other queries that meets regulatory requirements and internal guidelines by way of initiating discussions with Business Risk Compliance Product Legal and External Counsel and other internal External stake holders for the closure of the deal. Building healthy relationship with internal stake holders for generating more business for the unit
To ensure implementation of all internal as well as external processes and policies as per guidelines maintain credit quality assessment, follow up on overdue principle, interest and fee payments, follow up for exception and ensure closure of exceptions.
Risk and Internal Control
To conduct Credit related operations as per the laid down process and guidelines Potential loss events or errors to be observed and mitigate. To Ensur timely submission of regulatory and statutory reports Monitoring exception reports and timely follow-up for closure
People Management
- Impart knowledge on IBU product policies. Set performance objectives and provide regular feedback & guidance.
Documentation & Compliance
- Closely work with compliance team on implementation of various regulatorily prescribed policies/product enablers.
- Support Operations/product team in implementing new product processes, preparation of PPAC notes/review.
Essential: 7+ years of experience.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience.
