Collect consumer feedback from retailers

Plan and offer schemes to retailers to promote brand

Collect all branding requirements

Deliver branding materials

KRA3 Consumer Relationship Management Ensure that billing is done on time

Ensure that all payments between company, distributor and retailers is settled properly

Identify the contribution of premium products and styles and predict the demand/market trend through the orders placed by retailers and sharing it with reporting manager
