Job Description:



Required Technical Skill Set:
Configuring and Administering the compensation module, Designing compensation plans, and supporting the entire compensation cycle.



Must Have:

  • SucessFactors certification in Compensation and Variable Pay module.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 Implementations experience in Compensation and Variable Pay module.
  • SuccessFactors knowledge : Deep understanding of the compensation module, including variable pay, merit increases, bonuses, and total rewards statements
  • Technical skills : Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot the system, including using the Check Tool and creating technical support tickets.
  • Business acumen : Ability to translate business objectives into system requirements and provide strategic recommendations for compensation programs
  • Analytical skills : Competence in data validation, budget modeling, and generating complex reports
  • Experience with change management activities and user training
  • Hands on experience on High availability solutioning


Good To have:
  • The role requires expertise in the software, coordination with HR and IT, and the ability to manage and report on compensation data for managers and leadership.
  • Gathering business requirements, configuring bonus and merit structures, validating data, and providing training, while ensuring compliance and system integrity
  • Best Practices and Updates : Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices to provide expert guidance
  • Project management : Experience in project coordination and managing the implementation of system solutions.
  • Exposure to work in Azure environment.

Responsibility

  • System configuration and administration : Set up and configure the compensation module, create compensation plan templates, and manage field-based permissions
  • Compensation cycle management : Support the entire compensation process from planning and budget modeling to approvals and system integration with other modules like Employee Central
  • Data management and reporting : Gather requirements, validate data, and generate reports related to compensation, performance, and other HR initiatives
  • Stakeholder collaboration : Work with HR business partners and leaders to align compensation strategies with business goals and ensure data integrity and timeliness
  • User support and training : Conduct training sessions for HR teams and managers and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption
