Overview

As an Order Fallout & Technician Support Specialist, your primary focus is the resolution of service order fallouts and programming errors that prevent successful customer service delivery. Working across multiple applications and systems, you will retrieve, triage, and resolve errored orders in order for successful completion

Primary — order fallout & programming

Retrieve and manage tasks from applicable systems and applications, prioritizing efficient resolution of errored and stalled service orders.

Handle address order fallouts and errored-out orders — by identifying the root barriers preventing programming completion and resolving these errors promptly to minimize service impact.

Provide programming assistance to field technicians and internal teams for customer service orders, accessible through multiple contact sources and ticketing workflows.

Serve as a subject matter expert for field operations technicians, supporting service restoration through hands-on tasks including ONT changes, activations, and end-to-end service provisioning.
