How Will You Do It

Strategic Market & Portfolio Management

  • Define and drive the global market strategy for the assigned market segment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the product portfolio, including prioritization of strategic focus areas and lifecycle decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate new applications, adjacent markets, and growth opportunities to expand the business footprint

Market Intelligence, Data Management & Customer Insights

  • Establish, maintain, and continuously enhance a structured market intelligence database for the assigned segments, ensuring availability of reliable and up-to-date market data.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics by analyzing market size, growth trends, demand drivers, and value chains.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies, capacity developments, and market positioning.
  • Derive actionable insights from industry trends and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making

Value Proposition & Pricing Strategy

  • Develop differentiated, customer-centric global value propositions that clearly position products in target markets.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies, including value-based pricing concepts and regional adaptations, to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across regions and applications

Go-to-Market & Demand Generation

  • Design and lead global go-to-market strategies, including the development of impactful marketing campaigns and coherent messaging frameworks.
  • Coordinate and manage global product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful market introduction.
  • Support demand generation by strengthening market visibility and customer engagement

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Equip regional sales teams with effective tools and materials, such as pitch decks, use-case driven content, and application-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technology, and other relevant functions to ensure alignment between market needs, product capabilities, and commercial strategies.
  • Act as a central interface between global and regional teams to ensure consistent execution of strategies.


What We Look For


  • Master's degree in economics or business administration or chemistry, chemical engineering.
  • 5-8 year professional experience within business environment
  • Good knowledge of commercial marketing or product marketing mandatory
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take difficult decisions.
  • Deep P&L and business expertise required.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset to drive and implement creative, out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills (including English).
  • Strong change management, interpersonal skills, and deep organizational awareness.
  • Strong project steering and management
