Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with 4–8 years of experience in IT services sales and lead generation for the US and UK markets The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and client acquisition, particularly for Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Digital Engineering services. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of the data ecosystem and be comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders This is a hunter role focused on creating qualified opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline for Systango's Data, AI, and Digital Engineering offerings
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities across the US and UK markets through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and business opportunities across industries.
- Drive business development initiatives for Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Digital Engineering service offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and position relevant solutions and capabilities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Cloud technologies.
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new service offerings and industry verticals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of business development experience in IT services, software consulting, or digital engineering organizations.
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales for US and UK geographies.
- Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI service offerings.
- Demonstrated success in building qualified pipelines and engaging with enterprise decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Preferred Domain & Technology Knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting capabilities.
- Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
