Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute EHS projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report EHS data and KPIs.
- Support compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement in EHS processes and reporting.
- Lead key EHS programs, training, and safety initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field; NEBOSH/CSP/CIH certification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations, management systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
