DB RRTS is a part of the DB group, a world-leading global railway company with an extensive organization in Germany and projects around the world. Our company offers a technically sophisticated and customized infrastructure, mobility, and transport solutions. We acquire, initiate, and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or worldwide.

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 25 RRTS and 9 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Lifts, Escalators, Travellators.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure up time as per SLA/KPI requirements.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Identify root causes of system failures and ensure timely rectification.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring faults.
  • Ensure critical systems (UPS, Fire Alarm, SCADA, etc.) are always operational.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure fire safety systems are functional, and integrated systems are tested periodically.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for maintenance and breakdown support.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Verify work completion and certify invoices.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and RCA.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Supervise Junior Engineers and Technicians.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Conduct training and skill development sessions.
  • Participate in system upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
  • Identify areas for energy saving and operational improvement.
  • Support commissioning and handover activities for new stations.


Qualification:

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical.
  • Metro/ Railways experience mandatory.
  • Pro-active and self-starter attitude, confidence, and independence.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and logical thinking.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application.
