About The Role
As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing Selkirk's email and SMS marketing campaigns to life. You'll work closely with our Email Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners across Creative, Content, E-Commerce, Analytics, and Paid Media to execute campaigns that engage customers, support product launches, and strengthen our brand. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
This is a hands-on, high-volume production role where organization, attention to detail, and execution matter. You'll build and deploy campaigns, manage automated customer journeys, perform quality assurance, monitor campaign performance, and help ensure every communication reaches the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Manage automated lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and replenishment flows.
- Execute customer segmentation to deliver relevant and personalized messaging.
- Perform thorough quality assurance before deployment, including proofreading, link testing, rendering checks, and audience validation.
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization through reporting and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, E-Commerce, Analytics, and Paid Media teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Maestra, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or sporting goods.
