Senior QA Lead with ERP Experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Lead with strong ERP testing expertise to lead quality assurance initiatives for enterprise ERP implementations, integrations, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional, integration, regression, and automation testing across ERP platforms, along with the ability to lead QA teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices for ERP applications and related systems.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and quality metrics.
• Validate ERP workflows, business processes, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and end users to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into test scenarios.
• Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution processes.
• Drive test automation initiatives where applicable and improve overall testing efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and system performance across ERP modules.
• Mentor QA team members and provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Monitor project quality, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Participate in release planning, deployment validation, and post-release support activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and enterprise testing initiatives.
• Strong experience testing ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or similar systems.
• Solid understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM modules.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
• Experience with API testing and ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP migration, implementation, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Relevant ERP or QA certifications.
• Experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms and SaaS applications.
