Senior RPA Developer

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in robotic process automation technologies and a strong understanding of business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automation workflows.
• Ensure automation solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain technical documentation and process documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and support junior developers.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience designing end-to-end automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET.
• Experience with version control systems and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant RPA certifications.
• Experience with AI-powered automation and machine learning integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based automation platforms.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
