Brief Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage campaign documentation, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and track digital marketing campaigns across various channels Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities Maintain campaign schedules, project trackers, and marketing documentation Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets Monitor campaign deliverables and follow up on pending tasks Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and digital campaigns Ensure marketing assets and content are delivered within timelines Support the marketing team with administrative and coordination activities Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and project documentation Identify process improvements to enhance team productivity and campaign execution

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, project coordination, or a similar role Experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies is preferred Strong coordination and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong documentation and record-keeping skills Effective time management and attention to detail Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
