Tasks
- We are looking for an experienced Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 10+ years of IT experience to lead Agile delivery across multiple Data Engineering & Analytics projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, Jira reporting & dashboards, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Prior experience in the Healthcare/Insurance domain is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives).
Coordinate with the US Onsite team during overlap hours.
Create and maintain Jira dashboards, Agile metrics, and executive reports.
Track sprint velocity, burndown, team capacity, risks, and dependencies.
Remove blockers and drive continuous Agile improvements.
Manage multiple cross-functional Scrum teams and stakeholders.
Mentor teams and ensure successful Agile delivery across projects.
