You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful designs that enhance brand communication and user engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and print materials
Develop branding assets, including brochures, banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create visually engaging campaigns
Create user-friendly UI elements, wireframes, and design mockups for websites and applications
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity
Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and graphics for various digital platforms
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, UI designs, and marketing collateral
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
Strong creativity with an excellent understanding of visual design principles
Expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and layout design
Experience in branding and creating consistent visual identities
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design concepts
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is an added advantage.
