Job Overview:-
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and optimize system performance. You will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, security, and seamless deployments across cloud environments.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-moving, agile environments and embraces automation-first principles to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:-
Infrastructure & Cloud Management
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure on AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization to ensure cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, automated, and secure deployments.
- Implement rollback mechanisms for zero-downtime deployments.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Set up proactive monitoring & alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar tools.
- Implement log aggregation and analysis using ELK Stack, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and system recovery.
- Enforce DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure infrastructure and application deployments.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security best practices (e.g., IAM policies, network security, secrets management).
- Design backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to improve deployment workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools & best practices.
- Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and observability improvements.
Technical Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes & container orchestration (Docker, Helm, EKS/GKE/AKS).
- Experience in configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Proficiency in monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation & efficiency.
- Ability to work in fast-paced agile environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Experience with GitOps workflows.
- Exposure to AI/ML deployment pipelines.
- Certifications: AWS/GCP/Azure DevOps, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or Terraform Associate.
