What This Role Is

A hands-on software development role involving coding, debugging, testing, building features, collaborating with teams, and contributing to real product development.

Role Overview

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and improving software products used by businesses across multiple industries.

You will work closely with product managers, senior developers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to develop scalable applications and automation solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Develop, test, and maintain software applications
Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
Build frontend and backend features
Develop and consume REST APIs
Participate in code reviews and debugging activities
Work with databases and optimize queries
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams
Support deployment activities and troubleshooting
Learn and work with modern engineering practices and tools

As You Grow (After Internship Completion)

Independently own development tasks and deliverables
Improve coding standards and software quality practices
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions
Work on automation, optimization, and scalability initiatives
Take ownership of modules and product features

Exposure to Docker or containerization technologies

Compensation & Benefits

Package During Internship - ₹ 6,000 CTC / Month
Package After Internship Completion - Between 3.6 LPA to 5 LPA
Employment Type - Full-Time, In-Office

Eligibility Criteria

Students from B.Tech – CS & IT streams
12th Standard: Minimum 65% marks (or 6.5 CGPA for Diploma students)
B.Tech CPI: Minimum 7.5 CPI till date
No backlogs in any semester
