(Job Description)

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding process.

Induction

  • Carry-out induction for new employees thoroughly.
  • Verify contact details and carry out reference check for new joiners.

HRMS Update

  • Daily attendance monitors and generate reports for the reporting manager
  • Update attendance in HRMS for accurate salary calculation
  • Check and process leave request and ensure timely approval updates in HRMS.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain correct records in the trackers such as F & F, Interview, Statutory records etc.
  • Prepare pre and post joining documentation, ensuring compliance.
  • Various letter preparation as per freeze format.
  • Arranging/Scheduling HR related meetings as and when required.

Hr Mis

  • Maintain master data for all employees.
  • Record keeping – Monthly challans (all statutory), Full and Final Settlement and others

Exit Process

  • Coordinate with employees throughout the exit process, ensuring all formalities are completed efficiently and respectfully.

Requirements

  • HR generalist profile will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Should be proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent time management and Organizational skills
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HRMS tools like Workday and Spine HRMS would be an added advantage.
