What You´ll Do

The role provides hands-on exposure to multiple Supply Chain functions, strategic transformation programs, digital initiatives, and cross-functional projects while working closely with business leaders
Work across multiple Supply Chain functions to gain end-to-end business exposure while supporting functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance Supply Chain performance and customer experience.
Learn and leverage ERP systems, reporting tools, and Supply Chain analytics to support data-driven decision-making and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
Support strategic transformation initiatives, process standardization, and digitalization projects across the Supply Chain organization.
Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and business reports for leadership reviews.
Participate in problem-solving workshops, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities to deliver measurable business outcomes

What makes you a good fit

MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School such as IIT Delhi, SP Jain, or an equivalent top-tier institute. Specialization in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or Business Management preferred.
0–1 year of experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
Strong learning agility, ownership mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Customer-centric approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
