What You´ll Do

  • The role provides hands-on exposure to multiple Supply Chain functions, strategic transformation programs, digital initiatives, and cross-functional projects while working closely with business leaders
  • Work across multiple Supply Chain functions to gain end-to-end business exposure while supporting functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance Supply Chain performance and customer experience.
  • Learn and leverage ERP systems, reporting tools, and Supply Chain analytics to support data-driven decision-making and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives, process standardization, and digitalization projects across the Supply Chain organization.
  • Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and business reports for leadership reviews.
  • Participate in problem-solving workshops, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities to deliver measurable business outcomes

What makes you a good fit

  • MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School such as IIT Delhi, SP Jain, or an equivalent top-tier institute. Specialization in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or Business Management preferred.
  • 0–1 year of experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
  • Strong learning agility, ownership mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
