Job Responsibilities

Note: Shift timings- 2PM to 11PM IST

Responbilities:
 Assist in documenting functional requirements and supporting translation into system solutions
 Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs
 Support configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems and modules
 Assist with system integrations across clinical, finance, procurement, and other applications
 Support data migration activities, including validation and quality checks
 Generate basic reports and dashboards to support operational insights
 Assist in development of test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployments
 Troubleshoot routine system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
 Maintain documentation including user guides and SOP-aligned materials
 Support identification of process improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a related field.

 Domain Knowledge Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare would be Plus.

 Exposure to AI Tools (preferred)
 Foundational understanding of the drug development lifecycle or regulated
environments (preferred)

 Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts (PL/SQL exposure a plus)
 Familiarity with enterprise systems or cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Windows Servers, IIS) preferred
 Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (preferred)
 Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Summary

Supports product operations and enterprise systems by assisting in the documentation of business requirements, supporting system configurations, and helping maintain alignment with business processes and compliance standards. Contributes to data management, system maintenance, and process improvement activities within a clinical or enterprise environment under guidance
