We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Associate to join the Advisory team in our National Advisory practice.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR TEAM. This position will support our Advisory – CXO team and as an Audit Industry Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. WHY COHNREZNICK? YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Strategy & Transformation

  • Support enterprise, functional, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Assist with current-state assessments, data gathering, and documentation of processes
  • Help prepare analysis, summaries, and materials that support strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to implementation plans, roadmaps, and performance tracking tools

Technology & Data Enablement

  • Support technology strategy, system selection, and implementation efforts (e.g., ERP, CRM, dataplatforms, etc.)
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Help analyze data, system workflows, and process dependencies
  • Support change management activities, including documentation and user support materials

Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Support project teams by preparing client-ready presentations and working documents
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions as a supporting team member
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions and backgrounds in a team-oriented environment

Analytics & Problem Solving

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis under guidance
  • Help organize, validate, and synthesize data into clear findings
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to solve problems

Team Leadership & Firm Contribution

  • Contribute to internal knowledge development, methodologies, and practice initiatives
  • Mentor and coach Interns, providing feedback and quality review

Requirements

  • Prior internship or project-based experience in consulting, analytics, technology, or operationspreferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or a relatedfield
  • MBA or a master’s degree is preferred
  • Process improvement mindset going above and beyond to identify operational inefficiencies andtaking steps to improve processes and automating repetitive tasks
  • Experience with flow charting or mind mapping tools preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to analyze a problem from different angles/approaches
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ambitious learner with a passion for expanding their knowledge
  • Demonstrated understanding of use and application of automation and AI to transform business processes preferred
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs
