Position Summary
Join Deloitte’s Web/Digital Platforms team to support the firm’s digital presence through web content management, publishing, governance, and optimization activities. As a Specialist, Content Management, you will help execute website updates, maintain content quality standards, and support reporting and SEO efforts across digital platforms. This role is suited for a professional with experience in Adobe CQ5 or Adobe Experience Manager, HTML, and web content operations in a stakeholder-driven environment.

As a Specialist, Content Management on the Web/Digital Platforms team, you will be responsible for…
- Publishing, updating, tagging, archiving, and maintaining website content using Adobe CQ5 or Adobe Experience Manager and HTML
- Performing content governance and quality checks to support publishing standards, confidentiality requirements, and content accuracy across web portals
- Partnering with content owners and stakeholders to execute web updates, manage ad hoc requests, and support delivery against timelines
- Reviewing content and platform performance reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven optimization recommendations
- Executing foundational search engine optimization activities and documenting workflows, process updates, and operational improvements
The Web/Digital Platforms team supports Deloitte’s digital presence through web content publishing, governance, optimization, and reporting activities. The team works with content owners, analytics teams, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate, compliant, and high-quality website experiences across business-line portals. Team members help improve discoverability, usability, and operational efficiency across digital platforms.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree
- 3-5 years of experience in content management systems, web content management, digital marketing tools, and reporting or analytics
- Experience using Adobe CQ5 or Adobe Experience Manager and HTML to publish and maintain web content
- Experience applying taxonomy, metadata, tagging, archiving, and content governance standards
- Experience creating or supporting content usage, engagement, or performance reporting
- Experience supporting search engine optimization activities and digital content optimization initiatives
- Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Marketing specialization
- Digital marketing certifications
- Experience supporting global or virtual stakeholder groups
- Experience with user interface, user experience, or web usability initiatives
- Experience with data visualization or advanced data analysis
- Experience documenting workflows or process improvements
